Smart Messages is an SMS/MMS app provided by Brilliant Vidhyalaya. By installing or using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Messages are sent through your mobile carrier. Your carrier's plan, fees and limits apply (for example to MMS, international or premium-rate messages). We are not responsible for carrier charges, delays or delivery failures.
Don't use the app to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break the law. You are responsible for the content you send.
Your messages stay on your device. Keep your own backups: if you uninstall the app or clear its data, private (vault) conversations are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered by us.
The free app shows a limited number of ads provided by Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost messages or data.
We may update the app and these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
